All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.
We only ship to USPS-validated addresses. We do not ship to Freight forwarders.
Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.
If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, please contact us via member to member communication. We would be happy to assist you. We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 30 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in. We require any device with a Google account linked to it, be removed from the device and a factory data reset performed before a return can be processed. For functionality, this item comes with a 1 year warranty from Quick Ship from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist. Within the first 60 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange or full refund. After 60-day days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.
We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 60 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement.
Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.
If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
